Verathon is one of the best places I have worked; I love the people, the products, the fact we help improve patient lives everyday! Over the past few years, there has been an improved focus on our customers, groundbreaking products being launched in new categories and an emphasis on employee recognition and culture. Despite a few negative reviews on this site, as an employee, you can see that the majority of Verathonians really enjoy what we do; it is a good culture and a company with a bright future.

-Verathon has a fantastic financial and competitive outlook, with planned expansion of products and markets along with plans for efficiency and more sophisticated tracking and analysis. -Great culture, focused on growth and improvement, tempered by realistic expectations. The phrase I hear regularly is "a year's worth of progress." Management knows that change comes one step at a time. They seem invested in the long-term plan. -High pace of change means a lot of opportunity to step up and drive that change. -The Bothell location is a fantastic spot--much easier commute than Seattle or Bellevue, and the renovated headquarters is really nice.
