Verathon and the Executive Leadership Team truly listen to what others are seeing out in the field. They never make you feel like just a "number", but as a valued employee. If you work hard, you are rewarded for your successes. All employees represent the Verathon 7 core values day in and day out. I hope to retire with this company and highly recommend to everyone!

Pros

Verathon has been the best company I have worked for. Internally people enjoy collaborating, and everyone is prompt in their communication. The company has a startup feel still because the R&D teams value and listen to customer and sales feedback. The company is growing which allows internal promotions and new positions to be developed. During a difficult time with COVID-19, Verathon did what was right for customers and their employees.

Cons

Not a personal con, however, if you are in sales, depending on the territory, expect some travel.

lots of overnights, but the effort is definitely worth it
