Pros

Verathon believes in me and has provided me with opportunities to do new things that would never happen in a big company. The Exec leadership believes in taking care of their people and have been incredibly supportive, especially during COVID. I am allowed to run my department how I see fit and get constructive feedback on how to make things better for my team and customers. The culture has really improved in the 5 years I have been here, and we're not done yet.

Cons

It isn't easy to create career progression in a smaller company, but we're getting better.

Pros

There are many reasons why working for Verathon is such an incredible opportunity. Our company is based on values that are evident in what we do. The people are amazing, a true testament to teamwork. Our products are the gold standard and the focus on innovation keeps Verathon a leader in the marketplace. Lastly, the leadership is the best I have had the opportunity to work with. A great group of leaders that sincerely care about Verathon and it's people.

Cons

At this time I feel that there are no cons. This is a great company to be a part of and thankful to work here.
