I have worked in Med Tech Sales and Marketing for almost 25 years. So far, my 10 months at Verathon have been the most fulfilling of my entire career. To start with, this is company going through the most fabulous metamorphosis. A company that was built on a life saving innovation has now begun innovating again on an unprecedented scale. The ambition, drive and immediate impact we are making on global healthcare is fuelling an atmosphere of excitement and engagement that is giving employees a strong sense of being part of a highly purposeful mission. Verathon lives and breathes by it’s core values and a positive culture is arguably top of our CEO & ELT’s agenda. Since joining the company, I have been treated like an adult, been given an enormous amount of trust and autonomy, have received fantastic feedback and have had the pleasure and privilege to work with some of the most talented individuals in the industry. Verathon attracts genuine, authentic people. If you’re rude, arrogant or have an ego, don’t even bother applying. I feel privileged to have joined this company at such a pivotal time. It’s a great place to be.

Verathon is one of the best places I have worked; I love the people, the products, the fact we help improve patient lives everyday! Over the past few years, there has been an improved focus on our customers, groundbreaking products being launched in new categories and an emphasis on employee recognition and culture. Despite a few negative reviews on this site, as an employee, you can see that the majority of Verathonians really enjoy what we do; it is a good culture and a company with a bright future.
