Once great now a dumpster fire

Pros

It was a place to get a start in a new industry.

Cons

This company prioritizes one thing above all else: hitting numbers for Roper while operating as lean as possible—on pay, healthcare, and even the parts needed to do the job. Innovation is nonexistent; engineering has produced nothing new in years, just minor tweaks to old designs. Leadership is disconnected and untrustworthy. Despite meeting the CEO multiple times, he never remembered who I was. The so-called "ELT" (a title they take seriously, but employees mock behind their backs) spends more time discussing headcount cuts, monitoring cell phone usage, and tracking bathroom breaks than focusing on real improvements. If you're looking for competitive pay, solid benefits, and a company that values its employees, you'd be better off flipping burgers.
