      Pros

      Nice, pleasant human resources department. Great reception coming in to the company's front door. Most employees seem pleasant. Corporate product training good.

      Cons

      Management not supportive with required job information specifics. Training is disorganized and feedback not given. Passive-aggressive employee tolerance; subtle friction between various levels of management. Suggestions treated with ambiguity and ambivalence.

      Pros

      Good benefits, free lunch every month, very diverse work environment from the factory floor to the offices. Paid training and education.

      Cons

      The company is pretty flat and has grown way to big for it's britches. It needs consulting help to deal with old way things were done from a company of 30 to the way things need to be run in a company of 3500.
