Pros

Current department heads have caught up on past mistakes needing adressing left to them and moving forward, messes left by past management adressed and new products in the stream. Great team bonding and ability to work together Pleasant atmosphere and healthy workplace

Cons

I cant really think of anything glaring. I have never got out of bed dreading goin to work. Not once... Other than having to get out of bed ;)

Pros

CEO and Sr. Staff are new (about a year into their time) and are clearly doing all of the right things. Employees are treated like they matter, the new product roadmap is brilliant and there is a lot of opportunity to create, excel, participate and learn.

Cons

Very little downside. If I had to pick one thing, it would be the old and disparate systems but there is an aggressive and well funded plan to solve this problem during 2018.
