- Possibility to work from home 3-4 days per week - Strong and dedicated team, where everyone is willing to help - Sense that are one family- we celebrate together, we push together when a project needs to be finished on time

Cons

- Sometimes important information is kept from sharing until the last moment and I don't have time to prepare if it concerns my processes.
