      Been with Verathon less than a year, waiting for a year then I will be moving on.

      Pros

      The products have the ability to change lives. It is good to be part of the team that creates a product that helps others live a better life.

      Cons

      Products are on the way to being market saturated. Company culture is very toxic. Very poor work/life balance, unreasonable expectations set. Turnover appears to be very high, and management doesn't seem concerned. On paper benefits look good, until you have to use them. Cost is high and coverage is terrible.

      Pros

      I greatly enjoy working with the smart, talented people at this company. Whether it be the engineers in R&D, the professionals in customer care or the exuberant sales team, people are very passionate about their work.

      Cons

      The systems need updating, which is currently underway. I look forward to the new software and programming that will enable us to work much more efficiently.

      I believe in their products and they could be an asset to the health community.

      Cons

      The work environments is horrendous. HR does not care about their people and neither do some of the department managers. No loyalty to those who were there running the company before the current HR Director.
