Pros

The culture was great and my sales counterparts in other regions were friendly, nice and always willing to help. Verathon definitely does a fantastic job finding good quality talent and promoting from within. The products are good, the training is good and the customer service and support is very good.

Cons

Restructuring leaves uncertainty for employees. Need to add new products.

Friendly Environment. Training is straightforward and acknowledged by signing recorded documentation. Company values focus on employee satisfaction. Overall positive atmosphere and employees.

Cons

Relatively low compensation. Not many opportunities to rise within company ranks. Employee tolerance is indeed passive-aggressive. Suggestions are taken but many are never acted upon and left in the dust.
