      Pros

      Verato is in a really good business position, it's a high-growth startup company, and I think this will remain the same at least for the next couple of years. So if you are interested in what Verato is doing, you'll enjoy your time here and will have really good growth potential. You'll be learning a lot in really interesting tech areas, no matter your position. Teammates make really enjoyable to work here. You will have a really good room to raise ideas and make an impact on the organization or at least on your project depending on you. One of the best places to work locally on Merida

      You can find equal or better opportunities in other foreign companies offering positions within Mexico or remotely.

      Good for people without experience

      Cons

      Unequal pay within the same job positions just because you brought your own employees from Mexico’s office. They claim both USA and Mexico offices are the same but it’s not the case when it comes to salary compensation, as they don’t take into account the experience years from Mexico’s office.

      Pros

      Great company communication (due to size), culture is amazing. Nice W/L balance.

      Cons

      Salary is barely competitive, internal positions are scarce and raises are uncommon or take too long for what it's worth. Many newcomers leave because of better opportunities elsewhere.
