      Pros

      Relaxed work atmosphere Opportunities for advancement Discounted service Loads of sales incentives

      Cons

      High goals lead to questionable tactics by reps and store managers. Upper management only cares about revenue. It starts and ends there. Prepare to politick. Your position in the company is only as good as your ability to throw your peers under the bus. Store management is a revolving door. Most reps would rather stay as a rep than tie the management noose around their necks. Pay compared to corporate T-Mobile is laughable at best,

We do pay hourly employees overtime pay and we correct any discrepancy in pay as soon as we are informed of the error.       Pros

      That sweet T-Mobile discount....and that's it.

      Cons

      Managers get no special training for their position you're winging it and being punished if you make a mistake. Other managers will be too busy trying to save themselves from trouble to help out and everyone is stressed. The focus is on sales only and you will be encouraged to be dishonest. Upper management is on a serious power trip and the assumed path to glory is to do everything you can to step on the "little people". The amount of turnover is obscene and if you work for a T-Mobile reseller you can't just switch to a T-Mobile corporate store. They're just throwing bodies in a store and seeing who tolerates the abuse.

      A lot of room to promote due to incompetent supervisors losing their jobs

      Bad management in the Austin area. Horrible benefits.
