- No Raises for Almost 2 1/2-3 Years (All Levels) When you ask why, they say sell more. - Teams are disgruntled due to upper management forcing specific tactics and goals that are unattainable. - Goals increase, but pay does not - Growth, only there if you can be a shady person. Preaching "Selling The Right Way" is not on anyone's mind. Just a push from T-Mobile to take the blame away.

Extremely laid back environment, team members were great people.

Cons

Selfish, uncaring management. From Day one I was told to ignore trainings, and to follow manager sales tactics which included attempting to add services in hopes the customer wont check their bill. During the week I was employed 70% of customers were come backs with bill issues due to trackers/cases being promised as free.
