Pros

The company has a solid structure from onboarding to further leadership development. You're given tools to be successful in this business and there is no cap on how much money you can make. The performance feedback and training they have in place makes you a better leader.

Cons

It is difficult to maintain the work and personal life balance as the working hours can vary and be demanding.

Pros

In my opinion I love working for Verge, there are so many opportunities to make money and move up. They are very family oriented and actually care about the employees. I have been asked multiple time from uppers what can they do on the their end to improve, which I find great because that means they care about making the company and environment better. Commission structure is great, there are no caps so the money you make is limitless. Uppers are laid back and cool, if you need to bring something to their attention they will listen.

Cons

Verge is a company and overall it can never be perfect, there are small things that can be changed, like choosing tenure to move up quicker than people who are better qualified for the position. Getting rid of toxic employees to make a better work environment could be better as well. Being compensated for winning competitions needs some improvement.

Great leadership Opportunities to grow within the company Great trainings ( 21 laws ) Great compensation as well as great monthly spiffs. They train you and push to be nothing but the best.

Cons

More opportunities to people who are consistently performing . No favoritism Lack of company events where everyone gets together and share rewards etc
