      Pros

      You move up quick, decent benefits, in control of your store, get to work in the area you grew up in

      Cons

      You move up quick because they are extremely short staffed at times, need to train employees on systems not just phone trainings, you don't know what you get paid until 2 days before, reporting comes out very late, 45 hour min or they take it from your pto but only get paid for 40 (think this is illegal)

      Thank you for your feedback! We believe in mentoring and grooming our associates for management positions. Employees who are exceeding expectations can definitely move up the ranks quickly. As for commissions, we are working on technology that will be able to speed up processes associated with the calculations of commissions pay outs. Once this is in place, we are expecting a much shorter timeline to get commissions related processes completed. If you have any questions about PTO or your pay, please contact the HR Department.       Pros

      Learn how to successfully lose business! There's some good people you work with who actually care, I'd say management is the main issue here.

      Cons

      The pay is not nearly worth the work asked of you. No room for advancement unless you know how to scheme and undermine customers raising their bill to epic proportions. Management is uneducated and normally incompetent. Rely to heavily on line level employees knowledge instead of providing the knowledge to the employees.

      We apologize that your experience working for Verge was not pleasant. We care a lot about our employees and we continuously aim to provide a great working environment for each team member. We do provide our employees with a great opportunity to earn more than their base salary through commissions. With that being said, an employee does need to meet and exceed sales goals to be able to get commissions. On top of an almost unlimited earning potential, we also believe in promoting employees to higher positions when they consistently exceed expectations and begin to exhibit good fundamental management skills. We appreciate your feedback and will definitely discuss your feedback regarding your managers in our scheduled management meetings.
