There is not one good reason to work for verge mobile

Cons

They don't pay their employees, especially when they need to use sick time. They preach communication but none of the corporate employees actually communicate anything. They make promises they can't keep. And when they do all this to you (including not paying you) they tell you that you need to embrace change

Thank you for your feedback, we never want anyone to feel this way or have this experience. We offer Paid Time Off for all employees, provide sick time, and follow the California and other state/federal laws regarding Covid sick time and pay. I would love some more specifics if you could send me an e-mail at VoiceIt@VergeMobile.com (This e-mail address is posted in the back room of every store on a poster to report anything anonymously, along with the escalation path to HR and executive management including direct phone numbers and e-mail addresses). I would love to hear from you and see where the disconnect was.

There are known this company was the worst i have ever worked for your better off working at a fast food restaurant at least there they will you for your hard work

Cons

This was by far the worst company that I have ever worked for I was there top selling rep and they found every way to rob me of my commission check while I worked for them they make it nearly impossible for you to even make any real money in the store meanwhile you’re making them thousands of dollars each month I would not recommend this company for anyone looking to get into the cellular business
