Pros

The best things about Verian: - Flexible Schedules & Work Life Balance - Good Salary & Bonus structures - Great group of people - Opportunities to grow within or transfer departments - Multiple perks (happy hours, events, table tennis, chili cookoffs, etc) - They will go the extra mile to retain great employees - They are open about the companies financials

Cons

There have been some growing pains in the past couple of years, but they seemed to have addressed most of them. Unfortunately those growing pains resulted in a loss of some great employees.

Pros

The employees truly care about each other and about our customers, and tend to stay with the company for many years. The atmosphere is more like a family than just a place to go to work. Work-life balance is great and the managers have an open door policy that makes sharing your opinion a reality and a valued part of the work experience.

Cons

As a small company, salary ranges are not the highest, but the other benefits and the company atmosphere are more important than just earning a fat paycheck....you can do that anywhere and still be miserable!

Pros

A great place for a short term of employment, would not recommend staying for more then 2+ years. Friendly Co-workers.

Cons

Verian has an issue that a lot of companies have; they are poorly mismanaged. Decisions will be made at the top that will leave many people confused and left questioning their importance. People will be moved from role to role or not properly giving the permissions or resources necessary to complete their work. I have also seen first hand shaddy tactics when it comes to the bonus structure or commission payouts (Do not get this in your contract!).
