Pros

A unique thing about Verian is the family-style atmosphere. Lots of very tight friendships, which makes for a fun working environment. Owners and management genuiniely care about employees, on both a professional and personal level. Also, the company is in a great place from a market perspective - Software-as-a-Service in a high-growth industry.

Cons

Fast company evolution means there is always a lot to accomplish in a relatively short time period!

Fun and exciting with plenty of learning and challenges. Communications and gatherings between employees extends outside the work environment. Very copetitive environment. Good benefits.

Cons

Sometimes, it seems as if there's too much to do.
