      Pros

      Great hours! I love getting off at 3:30 every day. Management is very supportive and interested in your success not just the company's success. If you work hard there is a lot of opportunities. Unlike a lot of other companies if you work hard you get rewarded.

      Holidays here are not paid.

      Pros

      Management and owners actually care about the employees. They help to motivate and push you to succeed. Have never worked at a place where everyone truly is like family. You have a set schedule and no weekends!

      Cons

      Unpaid Holidays. Only one week a year of PTO.

      Camaraderie, Family Atmosphere, Verified First actually cares about their employees, Great benefits, Great hours and a fair process for dealing with administrative items.

      Once in a while, I freeze, but I think it is because we are by an exit door. :-)
