Pros

A culture that cares, where effort is recognized, and it pays to win. There is a strong team already in place but one that is still open and welcoming to new coworkers.

Cons

Lot's of change. Sometimes a bit too much too fast. Usually good change though.

Pros

Easily the fastest-paced job I've ever had. Time flies, and I'm able to build part of a company that I didn't get the opportunity to at past companies. Team members are bought in and all seem heading in the same direction. As long as you are coachable and have a great attitude, it seems like they'll work to find a spot for you.

Cons

Very fast paced. It is sometimes difficult to spend as much time on a task that I would prefer to, but MGMT is always understanding of this.
