      Pros

      The collaboration, the level of respect for each others capabilities, the Leadership, the direction the company is going, the ability to do what you were actually paid to do! Amazing people at all levels and just a great company to be a part of. The trajectory for growth is also very exciting!

      Cons

      Haven't experienced any cons. I think the culture and ability to collaborate keeps any cons from cropping up. VF is a very professional company that cares and values their employees, at least from what I have seen.

      Pros

      There is so much to love about VF! -100% Health Insurance Coverage -Great M-F schedule with plenty of time left after work to have a life -The most wonderful support from management -Nerf Gun wars and other fun activities -Additional monetary incentives I could go on and on. I also love that they are a second-chance employer because no one feels that they are above anyone else. We are all equal and we make a great team.

      Cons

      I wish lunch breaks were a little longer. But that's being nit-picky.
