      Pros

      Great work life balance, excellent leadership (leadership that actually care about people AND care about success of the company... that's rare), great co-workers, EXCELLENT culture, great communication between departments. A model of remote work that actually works!

      Cons

      Maybe technology at times - but our company is always trying to improve and add the tech that we need to be successful. We're a fast paced organization, sometimes that's not the best fit for everyone.

      Most stressful job ever

      It was a Monday - Friday job so I had the weekends off

      Cons

      They implemented a new sales model that did not benefit the new hires at all. I would follow all of the advice from the team leads and trainers, but they had changed the sales set-up to where it would only benefit those that had established clientele. I was even shamed one day by one of the CEO's for not eating a doughnut. I have a health condition that makes me pre-diabetic and I was treated poorly for it. This company only focuses on profit, they have zero interest for the employees. Face value, they pretend that they have interest in their employees, but they honestly only care for their own pockets.
