- Have access to most Alphabet/Google resources, definitely feels great - Relaxing and respecting working environment, everyone I met is nice - Interesting enough projects

Cons

- Not a typical startup vibe, you will be disappointed if you come here and want to get a startup vibe - It also gets some bureaucracy of a big company as many affairs are related to the Alphabet

Amazing work-life balance, all the Google perks while working on exciting products that change lives. I feel seen and I feel heard at Verily. The world needs companies like Verily.

Cons

Andy could be better but we have an amazing SLT that compensates.
