Benefits good, Equity great (until the company crashes half the value due to lack of vision and no product direction)

Cons

Despite how talented you are, be prepared for toxic leadership, in fighting among teams, people crying at the office regularly, promised growth and promotions cut due to reorgs and layoffs, extremely meeting-heavy culture
