      Unexperienced management

      Pros

      Access to a lot of Google benefits and all Google offices (for visiting) and in-country offices for work. The pay seems to be competitive in the healthcare industry. Access to Google's internal tech stack and learning resources.

      Cons

      A lot of experienced managers left the company in 2022. The remaining inexperienced ones are very afraid of the top management and do not do much to protect their team from radical changes or even layoffs. There are a lot of political barriers and ambiguity to explore and promotion is very hard. The company is extremely hesitant about promotions.

      worst company I've worked on

      Pros

      free food, some google perks

      Cons

      terrible management, no vision, no plan. Lots of people left the company. Culture is bad, either you stab someone in the back or you are the one being stabbed. Pay is below average. Don't expect it's Google, they are totally different company. Also, they are trying to make up the reviews here, if you want the real rating just select the lowest ratings and read them.
