This is something we hear often from our employees and we know it's very important to maintain as a part of our culture. We are sorry you aren't as optimistic about the company's trajectory. There has been a heavy focus on our business transformation this year, and especially in the past few months as we lead up to our completion date of Project Flywheel later this month.
