      A shadow of its former self

      Pros

      This was an awesome place to work at when decentralized clinical trials was hot (circa Covid years). Very Googley culture and tons of perks

      Cons

      Times have changed and like others have mentioned here, all the great perks have diminished/vanished. Products always seem like gambles that don’t fully come to fruition. A lot of ideas and little focus. Micromanagement has become a problem (perhaps fueled by lack of recent product success)

      Subsidiary of Google. Great perks, beautiful office. Mostly nice people.

      Cons

      Too many reorgs, no direction, frequent changes in strategy, inexperienced leadership.
