      Pros

      Pay is excellent at Verily and people try to collaborate. If you thrive in chaos and know how to carve out a role for yourself, this place has a lot of opportunity.

      Cons

      A lot of turbulence going on. Teams are frequently working in silos and things seem to be designed from the ground up. It seems like leadership doesn't dive into the weeds and/or knows what's going on with the company. I'm also not sure if they're interested in learning about them. Town halls don't really provide information. Does leadership look at the Verily values and lead by example?

      Decent Google benefits (going away), Nice people (sometimes). not much more.

      Poor leadership, constant leadership turnover, no product priority / direction for the company, inability to execute, cross-functional dysfunction

      Good WLB, Bad Everything Else

      - Good WLB - Co-workers are generally friendly

      Cons

      - Everything else you can think about - This company is not part of google. You need to go through the full onsite interview loop to move to a google team. And google doesn't compete your verily TC
