Intellectual horsepower of the talent, the speed, the mission, the Alphabet/tech ecosystem = all top tier

Cons

the lack of alchemy at the VLT, the clear gap and/or lack of prioritization of clinical/life sciences - betrays a signal for a real lack of awareness at the senior most levels. The product suite that just really don't make sense. It's like a Roche product ambition with none of the market penetration.

Work life balance was nice, people seem to genuinely care about the work.

Leadership seems focused on squeezing employees for everything they can, through reductions of benefits, mandatory on-call, and more.
