      Worst career decision

      Pros

      - Salary is not FAANG, but higher than average - Work life balance is ok, but dysfunction takes emotional tool

      Cons

      - The worst management and org design I've seen in a 20 year career. - Engineering talent and culture is nowhere near Google and other top tier tech companies. - Politics trump technical merits. Bad apples are not dealt with (See bad management) - No product market fit. Everyone is just milking it until money runs out.

      An Experiment in Endless Funding with Ignorant Leadership

      Good employee benefits, flexible work accommodations

      Cons

      There is a huge and significant lack of cohesion, vision, and understanding of the health care industry by the people in charge. There are a million "ideas" from leadership without a single person who understands how to actually achieve them. They don't want to hear when people with actual experience share their opinions. Their corporate goals are a joke, their management pats themselves on a back after accomplishing nothing, and it's a cesspool of vacuous self-promoters with no actual industry knowledge.
