      Pros

      -New leadership shows the company is making a big effort for positive change, growth, and value their people -Google benefits are amazing!! -Startup feel so you can have an impact and more ownership -Everyone is nice and welcoming -Inclusive culture -Everyone is passionate about making a change in people's lives and healthcare -Have access to all of Alphabet's resources and community. So much information and connections can be made

      Cons

      -If you're looking for a more established Google company, this isn't your place -In my Pros- it's more of a startup culture but depends on the person if they prefer that or not -A bit of scars from the past years with management and people leaving. You can tell those who have been at the company for longer than a year are a little on edge but again, goes back to the Pros that management has changed and improvement is starting to show -Because of the past management or lack of, people are afraid to take ownership in projects but as more talent joins, the more I see people get more optimistic.

      Pros

      I'm fairly new to Verily, but I like what I see so far. My teammates are incredibly smart and engaged. My cross-functional partners are kind and competent and they follow through. Leadership seems committed to bringing focus to the company. It's definitely going through a period of transition, but I think that makes it a great place for people who want to build things.

      Cons

      Change is hard, and the company is definitely going through a lot of change.
