The senior management has no clear vision of the company.

-If you're looking for a more established Google company, this isn't your place -In my Pros- it's more of a startup culture but depends on the person if they prefer that or not -A bit of scars from the past years with management and people leaving. You can tell those who have been at the company for longer than a year are a little on edge but again, goes back to the Pros that management has changed and improvement is starting to show -Because of the past management or lack of, people are afraid to take ownership in projects but as more talent joins, the more I see people get more optimistic.
