      Amazing ppl, but leadership keeps changing

      Pros

      Worked on 3 different large programs in 5 years, always amazing ppl, motivated, driven, willing to help and super smart

      Cons

      Leadership changes brings change to the vision and additional waves of layoffs, consolidation and prioritization which is good, but the frequency tends to be too high.

      Good place to work

      Competitive Salary/Benefits Dedicated Engineering Team Dog Friendly Offices (for Eng) Pretty high job security Leadership Listens A good outlook long term

      Cons

      A lot of change is coming as part of the google split. For anyone not in alphabet, this doesn't mean much. Benefits will still be strong in the industry. Locations Across the US. Can make meeting timing difficult. As they narrow focus, layoffs have occurred. It's hard but necessary for the company.
