      Pros

      At Verily, you are surrounded by top tier talent and enabled to perform at your best. Managers want you to have the flexibility to do whatever you need to work most efficiently. The company's goal of providing precision healthcare is inspiring and worth my time.

      Cons

      As with most young, smaller companies, it is not always clear where priorities will be in a year or two but this is also an opportunity.

      Pros

      Working with the best of the best. The culture, benefits, and sense of being valued is MUCH better than traditional healthcare. Also broader impact opportunity. And people really care about the mission (not just in it for the money).

      Cons

      Historically has been challenged by need to focus, prioritize, align, etc. The new senior leadership team is impressive and really helping to orient everyone. Roles are businesses are still being clarified (late stage start-up), so adaptability is key.
