Cons

There are a lot of changes as the company continues to grow. The work environment is more like a start up which is not for everyone.

Work with very talented and friendly colleagues; the least office politics among all the companies that my families, friends and I have worked at. Free food and coffee, top of the industry compensation, etc.

Cons

There has been a lot of changes and re-focus which can make people concerned about their job securities and company outlook.
