Cons

Not for the faint of heart - Verily is constantly changing, so as long as you like working in an ambiguous environment, you will thrive. This isn't a company to vest and rest.

The precision health vision is deeply meaningful, and people are here because they want to make a difference in people's lives. The updated leadership team, under Stephen Gillette, has streamlined and focused the company around that vision.

Cons

The focus is still early days, and lots of foundations are still in the process of being built.
