Pros

Very open, collaborative culture, starting from the top down. Company has been growing at a fast rate for years, so plenty of learning and opportunity. I believe that company has superior relationship skills with hundreds of global customers. Fun company events. Cool headquarters building/work-environment.

Cons

With growth, there is always change. Actually this is a good thing in my opinion, but just highlighting for folks that aren't open to change.

The management was very capable supportive and helpful. They are flexible and understanding. They will support you and your family in the face of adversity.

Cons

In my position, at times it could get a bit overwhelming but when it was, I just had to tell my management and they would find ways to help.

Pros

Good employees, dedicated and sharp. Friendly, nice environment to work. Growing business, adding a lot of people, lot of chances to get ahead if you place yourself in somewhere important.

Cons

Growing business, but lacks direction and scalability, not sure if the company was any making any more money because it took more people to do the additional work. Long term business growth may be an issue (but probably enough to survive for a long time).
