      -They treated me like I was a part of the company for years and not just an intern -Always had real assignments to do -A true learning experience -Gain great connections -Network -Free lunch

      Cons

      I had a really great experience, the only thing is that it's an unpaid internship, however you gain experience, knowledge and new connections.

      Open communication, share results with employees, have voice and trust with leadership. The leadership is always looking to execute on the plan, rather than drive personal agendas. Focus is strategic with tactical execution.
