      Pros

      Verint is a good company overall. It has strong sales reach, and a very strong operations which lead to satisfied customers and make it easier to sell :)

      Cons

      HR is completely disconnected from the younger generation of employees. Promotions are rarely based on performance or merit.

      Uncertain Future and Lack of Transparency

      Pros

      For the most part, the people are team players, and work very hard. Work life balance is manageable, aside from the end of a sales quarter.

      Cons

      Lack of career path, professional growth and training opportunities. Wednesday lunches have been cancelled. Lack of bonuses and respectful raises, even though management continues to convey that company is meeting the street's expectations. Processes are poorly communicated. Change is poorly executed. Salesforce is in flux; extremely high turnover.
