      The people are friendly and easy to get on with. The work is good and innovative and you are given a lot of responsibility but also supported throughout

      Cons

      Budgets don't stretch very far and have no real money for training. Pay is not outstanding. Depending what team you are on there can be politics.

      Too many products. Sales is enabled to sell all, and therefore do not have concentrated expertise.
