      Pros

      Company cares about employees. True work/life balance. Very competitive benefits. Work environment is very nice, clean and modern. Company buys lunch or breakfast weekly at locations. Annual holiday shut down in December. Great vacation benefits from hire date. Management transparent about results and strategies during quarterly meetings. Also has great quarterly charity events for employees to take part in.

      Low consumer name recognition because company is business to business sales. Need more community branding.

      Great management, great co-workers. We all work as a team and everyone is willing to assist without hesitation.

      Cons

      Bonus program needs to be restructured as it's heavily dependent on sales and out of the hands of most other depts.
