      Pros

      Allowance: medical, BPJS, glass, maternity, sport. Mature organisation structure. Work life balance. Remote working (if your manager approve it).

      Cons

      Technically, there’s no carrier level. You need to wait for a person, of which his/her position you’re targeting, leaving the company. There’s no development training for your skill. Legacy apps, some app is too old for its technology stack. Long year servicing employee may get boring when they don’t have something new/challenge.
