      Mediocre, dull and noisy. Had an amazing direct boss though.

      Pros

      Work life balance is outstanding (2 good). Good salary, not bad work conditions (open space, gym, food, vacations etc.).

      Cons

      Mediocrity, mediocrity and once again mediocrity. Hidden unemployment that leads to mediocrity. People stay there for 10 years and more without doing anything. Very slow pace, no one really works in Agile as promised, management changing it's decisions on a daily basis. A lot of contract employees. Very old technology (usually).

      Pros

      The company is really on the move and made some very smart acquisitions. Revenues are up and Wall Street loves the company. There is a very strong installed base of customers who are locked in to Verint

      Cons

      There has been a lot of changes to move the company into the enterprise space at the expense of company culture loosening of the focus on customer satisfaction. There is a general unease with the changes and the compensation plans that support these changes.
