Pros

You do get a company lunch on Wed. Outside of that I am not sure what to write.

Cons

This place is ran by a bunch of rookies that have no leadership skills and have no idea what they are doing it is a $1B startup. Everyone at the ground level is held extremely accountable but no one else above them. We burn our customers every few years with our product role outs and the only one who pays the price is the field. Rumor has it that the new 11.2 release is a MAJOR upgrade and suppose to be worst then the 11 upgrade so be prepared. It should of been a 12 release but they don't want to scare people. The sales people are great but the GM is full of himself. He is always sending out rah rah news letters and treats everyone like they are idiots and bad mouths about his entire team to each other. They ask employees to go into Glassdoor and post POSITIVE reviews and follow up with certain employees to make sure they have. So if you are looking at this company ask the person hiring you if they have been asked to post here. I would look at other companies with better leadership, infrastucture and support and run from this one! If you do go work here be prepared to be treated as if you are an idiot and for the executieves to talk bad about you every chance you get.

Pros

even if you are completely useless, and do nothing but damage, you can still have job security and even be promoted as long as you put some effort in to sucking-up and you don't mind lying constantly.

Cons

the very little people who actually do any work are used and abused until they break and leave. promotion is based only on personal friendship. culture of lies. projects are failing or near failing due to dumbest reasons and no one cares, all the middle management cares about is to protect their behinds by lying and not actually improve the work processes.
