      Pros

      Company treats employees extremely well. Better than industry compensation, respect for work-personal life balance and good values. Markets for products are very good and strategy is well aligned to take advantage of big data and customer experience markets. If you work hard and are engaged in company you have great opportunity to grow. The combination of legacy and new leaders is starting to pay off.

      Cons

      Company needs to invest more in systems. Systems are antiquated and need to be completely overhauled. Benefits are average at best.

      #Flexible hours, #Good salary structure i.e. a sizable chunk is given to you in form of reimbursement every month so you can avoid tax ; #Silly HR .. he will believe anything you tell him; #Submitting fake bills is a tradition; #you can order Dinner at company's cost (because you will stay till late almost everyday) #If you are ok with just good present and don't care for your future career path.. then come and join the party...there are many sitting here for years at the same level that they joined..

      #Forget that you have a family #If you are just another efficient worker, but are bad at playing politics, you will be cornered #Promotion is a myth here #Here the company's style is - take your salary and dont ask questions #Office in India is smaller than the cafeteria of any Good company
