Pros

The products are really good and the people are great, but no-one stays very long. The re-design of the systems to a common platform with the new version was a great ideas that has resulted in real benefits for customers. It has also made a solid foundation for adding the IP from new acquisitions.

Cons

Lack of people to deliver on projects and provide customer support. Training was minimal or non-existent and there simply weren't enough people to get the job done properly. Staff are required to try and deliver without proper training and experience. The lack of ability to execute properly is frustrating to staff, customers and partners.

Pros

Steady employment. Good benefits. Good work/life balance.

Cons

So many acquisitions lead to significant challenges and failures for the organization. Product integration is difficult and failures result. Team integration is difficult. Minimal annual merit increases, even when sales are booming. Very selective stock option plans for employees (most don't get plans).
