Pros

I've been working in Verint for 6 years taking several positions. The company encourages professionalism, collaboration, innovation. The people I've worked with are all amazing at what they do and also great people to be around. The company encourages employees to transfer between teams, products and roles which keeps it interesting and engaging. There's lots of team building events and trips and the company invests a lot in that aspect.

Cons

The company is project oriented and it is very difficult to create a generic product/solutions.

A good work environment with a diverse day routine. The company offer its employees to manage various fields of interest.

Cons

A non-executive employee can find it hard to create connections with other company employees from other departments, that is, if his job criteria does not require him to do so.
