      Pros

      Excellent people in certain areas of the business, they have a killer solutions for Enterprise WFO for Branch, Back Office, and Contact Center. Invested in strategic acquisitions, but are having trouble integrating them.

      Cons

      Lack of Executive guidance and understanding of the market opportunities. Poor sales force that can't seem to think strategically about their accounts Marketing is lackluster in support of an overall message to the market

      Pros

      the materials you come across and issues you need to handle as an employee are very interesting. one can learn a lot, professionally, in Verint.

      Cons

      The amount of employees, not in corporate but in the global offices (in supporting functions) stays the same while the amount of tasks keeps growing. deadlines are often unreasonable. the work in Verint is extremely stressful.
