      Pros

      Depending on the department, you have awesome coworkers to work with and learn from. Great place to start and learn some more skills and gain experience. Negotiate for a higher salary so you feel comfortable for a bit because promotions and raises are slow/stagnant. Decent work/life balance though and most of the company is used to remote work now.

      Cons

      Upper management is a bit oblivious to specific roles and understanding the day to day. There's a huge emphasis on billable work and the timetracking rules and system is nonsensical. Promotion cycles need to improve and compensation could be more competitive with the market.

      Pros

      The leadership, and rank and file, are given and approachable. They want to do the right thing for customers and employees. Very many smart people work at Verint.

      Cons

      Too much red tape. The company operates like the 20-year old firm that it is.
