      Great experience at Verint Systems. Worked there for five years at division based in Melville, LI.

      Pros

      Bright, self-motivated, and accountable employees and execs. Open door, relaxed atmosphere, yet employees work hard. Product is a leader in its space. Company is growing (although the divisions located outside LI growing much faster). Executives effective and care about its employees. Long-term employees. Compensation fair. Vacation time better than average.

      Cons

      Ability for upward mobility somewhat limited at LI based (smaller) division.

      Pros

      Company has some good technolgoy in a very compeitive market. They are gorwing fast and expanding. They have a lot fo cash on hand and will continue to grow fast. The people are very nice.

      Cons

      Everyone is to busy to do their jobs effectivly. They have treated their customers poorly and it is coming back to get them. Services team almost brought the company down with poor upgrades and issues. Sales management are always trying to micomange the sales force instead of helping on deals. Long Hours and not much fun because of all the customer issues. Complan is not very good

      nice office, good benefits, chance to learn great product

      low pay, no career path, 100% performance driven department, not sure if company don't meet revenue goal what will happen.
